Our Team 

Dilafroze Khanam has completed her Master’s degree in Sociology from Lund University. She also completed her Honor’s and first Master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She is a faculty member of the Department of Sociology at the University of Barishal, Bangladesh. She has received the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Leaders in 2019-20 to study at Lund University, Sweden.

Shahana Afrin Dina has completed her Bachelor and Master’s degree in Economics from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. She is a faculty member of the Department of Science and Humanities at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University, Bangladesh. 

Mohammad Mufajjal Sarwar has completed his Master’s degree in Leadership for Sustainability from Malmo University, Sweden. He also completed his Honor’s and first Master’s degree in English from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He is a faculty member of the Department of English at the Barishal Govt. Women's College, Barishal. He has received the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Leaders in 2020-21 to study at Malmo University, Sweden.

Md.Sadek Ullah has completed his Bachelor and Master’s degree in Social Scince from University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. He is a Public Administration Officer at Global Islami Bank, Bangladesh. 

Golam Rabbani has completed his Bachelor’s in Finance and Banking from the University of Barishal, and currently, he is enrolled as an Innovation Executive Officer at Bangladesh Brand Forum. In 2016, Rabbani became champion in the country's largest business idea competition “Bangladesh Youthfest”. He is also the winner of the prestigious ‘Youth Leadership Prize’ from The Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center.

Sushanta Saha has completed his Master’s degree in Architecture and Built Environment from Lund University, Sweden. He also completed his Honor’s Degree in Architecture from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, Kerala, India. He has received the Swedish Institute Scholarship for Global Leaders in 2020-21 to study at Malmo University, Sweden.
